THEIR STORIES

Koshka and Miass

Koshka and Miass are adult male and female common lynx from the Urals which were captured by a hunter and kept in small cages for more than three years. They came to the Centre in February, 2019 to begin their rehabilitation.
They had health problems because they had not had enough light and had not been able to move around in their cages. When he came to us, Miass had no canine teeth, and Koshka had developed problems with her lungs. Their rehabilitation began in the settling-in enclosure and our work consisted of permanently observing their condition and gradually increasing the physical demands on them so that we saw an improvement in them every day.
В начале лета 2019 года Кошка принесла двух здоровых котят, которых мы назвали Алёной и Иваном.
